Inverallan House

This is the house we use when fishing on the Castle Grant Beats on the River Spey

Inverallan House, near Grantown on Spey, dates from the 18th century, and is situated in private grounds on the banks of the River Spey. The beautiful georgian house has been extensively modernised and refurbished, and can accommodate 15 guests in six double/twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a family suite comprising one double and one single room with shared bathroom.

There is a large reception area, cloakroom, TV room, drawing room and dining room. The house is normally let fully staffed, but a self-catering option is also available.

Depending on the time of year and the type of fishing week we are hosting, we lease the lodge on either on a Self Catering or fully catered basis providing us with flexibility during our fishing and casting packages.

After a day spent fishing for and catching salmon on the River Spey, what could be more idyllic than sipping on a dram before dinner, chatting with your fellow anglers in the splendour of this beautiful mansion with its tartan carpets and tasteful decor before retiring to bed with the sound of the Spey and thoughts of Salmon sending you to sleep.
